WHAT DOES THE PRISMHRLIVE 2017 APP DO?
The PrismHRLIVE 2017 App is a helpful resource for anyone attending the conference. It allows you to get easy access to agendas, maps, lists of speakers and exhibitors, and messaging during and leading up to the conference! Interact with other attendees, find important resources on the app, and even win prizes!
HOW DO I DOWNLOAD THE APP?
To download the app, open the app store on your iOS or Android device. Search for “PrismHR Live 2017” or click on the links below. Downloads are free and require a valid email address.

WHAT IS THE LEADERBOARD AND HOW DO I GAIN POINTS?
The leaderboard ranks engagement with the app. Interact with others on the app by posting updates, photos, check-ins, likes, reviews, and comments. The top 3 engaged participants will receive prizes (valued up to $250)!
HOW DO I CUSTOMIZE MY AGENDA?
Agenda displays all available sessions and events. Swipe between dates of the conference or filter by tracks. Tap the calendar icon on the right of each event to save or remove the event from a list stored in My Agenda. You can also tap the top right icon of My Agenda to export the list to an external calendar.
FEATURES & FUNCTIONS
Explore each of the features and their functions in the app below. Use following tabs and icons to post content, update your information, interact with other attendees, and beat the leaderboard!
Anyone can post and receive updates in the main activity tab.
Tap the smiley face icon under an update to like it.
Tap the speech bubble icon under an update to comment on it.
Tap the pencil icon at the top right to post your own update, photo, or check-in.
To see your profile, tap the top left icon with your initials.
You can edit your details, add a photo, import your LinkedIn information, or link to other profiles.
Change your settings with the icon at the top right.
You can post updates in the activity tab. These will also display in the main activity tab.
You can view all of your connections in the network tab.
Based on your agenda, you will receive notifications on upcoming events during the conference in this tab. Notification alerts are set 10 minutes before sessions begin and can be changed in settings. Interactions with other attendees will also display here.
Agenda displays all available sessions and events. Swipe between dates of the conference. Tap the top right to filter by tracks.
Tap the event to see event details, descriptions, important links, and notes. Presentation slides can be accessed here. You can also rate and review sessions after they finish.
Comment by tapping “Start the Conversation” or post an update by tapping the top
right pencil icon. These will also display in the main activity tab.
Tap the event and tap the calendar icon on the right of each event to save and track the event in My Agenda.
After using the calendar icon, your saved events are listed here. Tap the top right icon to export the list to an external calendar.

Switch between the Conference Map and the Exhibit Hall Map with the top right icon.
Exhibit Hall Map
The Exhibit Hall Map is interactive. Tap on a numbered icon for each booth to check in as well as find and bookmark exhibitor information.
Tap on an attendee to read their updates and see their connections.
Tap on the top right icon to follow an attendee.
Tap on a speaker to read their bios, see when they’ll be speaking, and connect to their profiles. You can also rate and review speakers.
Tap on an exhibitor to read about their company and find their contact information. You can also rate and review exhibitors.
Tap on a speaker or exhibitor, then tap the bookmark icon to save the item under Bookmarks.
Tap the + icon to search a contact to message.
Channels allow you to chat with other attendees about specific topics. Tap on a topic to read the channel description and join the conversation.
Use this to access your Twitter feed. Don’t forget to sign in and tweet us at #PrismHRLIVE!
