Judging Talent: Hiring Decisions

June 19, 2019

2:00 - 3:00pm

TBD
Successful businesses can judge talent accurately, particularly whether a job candidate would perform well if he or she were hired. For less successful businesses, a hiring "mistake" can be costly, often taking months, if not years, to undo. In this session, we’ll examine the nature and consequences of common pitfalls in the hiring process and how these pitfalls can be avoided. We will focus our attention on the most effective hiring practices used by some of the most innovative, and ultimately successful, companies. Many of these practices can be adopted with minimum effort, and maximum benefit.
