Judging Talent: Performance Management
Performance management is essential to producing consistent, outstanding results in any business. Yet, for many small to mid-size businesses, performance management is an ad hoc, inefficient, and largely frustrating experience. In this session, we examine some of the weaknesses of typical performance management practices and introduce several novel practices that can help boost employee performance in any-sized business. We focus our discussion on several illustrative examples from outstanding businesses and corporate leaders, taking time to describe their effective implementation as well as their utility.
